We understand that there are unforeseen circumstances and that’s why we provide temporary staffing solutions. This service will alleviate many of the pressures you face when dealing with overworked employees and significant overtime costs.

Temporary to permanent

How does it work? Simple. We agree on a probationary period and that’s it, you don’t have to do a thing. Aktrapid will handle the staff member’s payroll, provide feedback and training, and, if at the end of the probationary period everything is looking good, you have yourself a new permanent staff member. If it didn’t work, we will reassess the situation and provide another suitable candidate.

Permanent recruitment

Just tell us what you need and we’ll find the right candidate for you. Our friendly team of consultants will get to know you, your facility and corporate culture and will use this information during our meticulous recruitment process. Aktrapid will screen, interview, test and negotiate with nurses and allied healthcare staff on your behalf.

Is there a minimum shift booking duration?
Yes, the minimum shift booking is 2 hours.

All our Immunisation nurses are trained and experienced in preparing and administering immunisations in a wide variety of settings and a patients.
