The interviewer will get to know the applicant’s working style, ethics, history, personality, availability and ask them to sign a statutory declaration that states the applicant doesn’t have a criminal record.
Those who are successful in the interview are then required to sit a relevant competency test.
Once we get the test results, we provide all successful candidates with an induction pack that includes Aktrapid’s Policies and Procedures, as well as our uniform and medication error policies.
